Factory Audit System is mainly design for performing an audit against a factory. Wal-Mart Analyst, Supplier and Third-party Auditor and Admin are the user who uses the application. Basically, the Supplier and the Third-party auditor does not have direct access to Factory Audit System. Supplier come to FAS through a different application called SMS (Supplier Management System) and the Third party does Offline audit and uploads the result/findings in a separate location. There are 4 Types of Audits (Social Compliance Audit, Supply Chain Security Audit, Food Safety Audit and FCCA Audit). Generally, conduct by the Walmart before doing the business with a factory, also these audit process continues time to time. The SCS Audit is conducted by Third Party Auditor (BV, CSCC, ITS, OMEGA). The audit process flow has create, schedule, audit, and assessment. Once the audit is completed then the factory is eligible for doing business with Wal-Mart. Some Audit might need multiple level of approval.

End user can only view/download/subscribe based on their roles and permission. There are some other applications like OCRF, OPSystem which helps user to generate reports and save those reports. When a new client is added to our platform, the OCRF application provides a unique link to the client. This link is nothing but the URL to access to the idc application.

IDD Essentially focuses on Electronic Recording as well as Image burning and Cropping and resizing the E-Record. It Covers the E-Recording Data Entry Template and Reference Entry Template and Property Template and Party Template as well as Accounting Template. It also Covers report generation by User Data entry, Production Analysis, Rejection Analysis and Invoicing Records by facilitating the authenticated system users. It Covers E-Record image Burning and Cropping and resizing the E-Record Image as well as stamping of E-Records.
