1. Direct activities related to dispatching, routing and tracking cars.
2. To handle guest complaints in a most appropriate manner.
3. To make tours charts and duty slips.
4. To prepare handover sheets / log books.
5. To ensure that a proper cash handover takes place at the change of shifts.
6. To ensure that proper billing is done and clients have been properly charged.
7. To work in close coordination with the Accounts Department to ensure that all billings have been properly accounted for.
