• Project revolves around competency based assessment of Tuberculosis healthcare functionaries, it was an ICMR Funded project with objective to prepare training module of healthcare functionaries and to train them in 2nd phase of project , I also Outlined key research instruments and questionnaires to obtain desired research data, maintain documents, spreadsheets and reports.

• Conduct Community level surveys for healthcare needs, Oversaw daily workloads and workflow for smooth operations, Led regular team meetings and trainings to communicate current health functioned, supervision and training of new and old staff and interns also Identified and communicated to management regarding areas needing additional training.

• Assisted with development of awareness and outreach programs focused on LGBTQ community for HIV, educate community members on disease prevention, vaccines and mental health resources, Coordinated and assembled promotional tools for use at schools and community health events, Collected data through field documentation, identifying specific needs of targeted populations.

• Worked as COVID Vaccination Site Incharge, use to train nursing and GDA staff to maintain proper channel of vaccination, also trained them about AEFI management and notification, BMW management etc. Maintained whole work flow, Oversaw daily workloads and workflow for smooth operations, update the staff about COVID 19 modifications.
