Dynamic and skilled mechanic with extensive experience in offshore oil rigs, specializing in maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Currently serving as a Rig Mechanic at Axess Group Oilfield India since October 2025, demonstrating a proven track record in the operation and maintenance of critical drilling rig equipment, including Top Drive Systems, Draw Works, Rotary Tables, and Mud Pumps. Expertise encompasses handling tubular running equipment such as Iron Roughnecks, Pipe Spinners, and various power tongs, along with proficiency in Shale Shakers, Rig Air Compressors, and Fuel Purifiers. Adept in drawing interpretation and fault finding, with a strong ability to plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance schedules to enhance equipment reliability and safety.

• Responsible for own safety.
• Attends and participates in all pre-tour and weekly safety meetings.
• Repair and overhauling drilling equipment's.such as drawworks,mud pumps,mission magnam pumps,agitators etc..
• Ensures efficient and continual functioning of all mechanical, centrifugal, and auxiliary machinery and equipment including: engines, compressors, hull and deck machinery, portable water and sewage treatment systems, drill water manifold and pumps, bilge system, fire pumps, HVAC, centrifugal and auxiliary pumps and the crane.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and repair for drilling equipment's such as Iron Roughneck,Pipe Spinner,Casing power tongs,Drill pipe tongs,High torque tongs BX elevators,Spider elevators&Hydraulic power unit.
• Carry out repair and preventive maintenance for the engines, pumps, compressors and drilling related equipment of the rig; and pneumatic and hydraulic tools.
• Prepare reports and ensure routines are followed and all equipment related paperwork are carried out, such as maintenance records and updating of service and log books.
• Prepare Work Permit and take necessary precautions before any maintenance or repair activity is started.
• Assisted SR.Mechanic and Chief mechanic in maintenance and overhauling of equipment.
• Test, maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems in rig.
• Ensure that approved rig operating procedures are always adhered to. Report all unsafe activities, situations, and potential hazards to supervisor
• Actively participate in the Safety Management Systems During the above service carried out Service, Repair & Maintenance of following oilfield and Rig Equipment's.
