Project: HSD (High Split Design) :

• Redesigned and Drafted Strands, COAX and Fiber network both in aerial and underground for rural areas.
• Analyzed connectivity between various equipment for COAX and Fiber routes using Magellan v 2.8.1
• Group Lead of 8 members and delivery around approx. 900 miles within a period of 3 months and productivity of 85%.

Project: Pole Load Analysis (PLA) :

• Modelled utility pole and communication pole based on real time loads and analyzed it as per NESC/GO95 Code using O-Calc Pro.
• Create Make Ready Engineering (MRE) and PLA results
• Have also Analyzed Poles using automation software using IKE Office and have extensive knowledge in it.

Project: Permitting :

• Drafted both underground and aerial fiber network route path to receive permission from government and public sector department of USA.
• Been a Production Engineer for 2 months and then Quality checker for 1 months

Project: Traffic Control Planning (TCP) :

• Have extensive Knowledge regarding all operations that come under California Transport department
• Drafted and Designed Traffic Control plans for North California using Auto CAD.

Project: Bharti Airtel & BSNL :

• Completed site surveys, marked locations and oversaw construction of various projects
• Supervised and monitored 4+ project subcontractors and labour force
• Inspected work at job sites to evaluate ongoing work, identify errors and initiate corrective actions to keep projects on task
• Drafted technical reports outlining requirements for new, remedial and improvement projects.
