Role:

· Spearheading a team of more than 50+ Service Contract Manpower such as Engineer, Supervisor, Technician, OME & SME. Responsible for:

o Office, ITMC & Data Centre Site infrastructure & Utility Operation & Maintenance along with Upgradation.

o Site infrastructure solution plan and implementation of utility as per plan. Assist Network team for Server Implementation

· Providing CAPEX Budget to Higher Management for new Infrastructure implementation and expansion as per future network & office growth plan. Also Providing OPEX budget as per yearly Repair & Maintenance / AMC Plan.

· Prepare BOQ for Project (Augmentation/Upgradation/Replacement) & submit for Management approval for Implementation.

· Preparation of Daily/Weekly O&M Report along with Monthly/Quarterly Dashboard regarding Project, Energy Consumption, Infra Equipment’s Utilization, Compliance Certificate Program, Indent & PO status along with prepare EOP, SOP, MOP, SOW & SLA.

· Looking after:

o Infra & layout design and power dimensioning for new MUX/Server installation at core/data centre location

o SMPS, battery back-up and power supply utility design for smooth functioning of data centre/Core Location.

o PAC cooling calculation, electrical power dimensioning, rectifier & battery design as per upcoming load in future.

o Space, power & cooling solution, and site requirement for installation of new server/ Rack & infra at Site/Data Centre.

· Handling operations, maintenance & troubleshooting of all Electrical Infrastructure & Utility such as HVAC, HT & LT Panel, DG, Transformer, UPS, SMPS, Inverter, Battery Bank & Fire Fighting system, BMS, WLD, Rodent, Fire Hydrant etc.

● Identification of old assets, preparation of the list of assets which need to disposal & finally disposal of the same coordination with Material & Logistic team after taking necessary approval of Management to maintain hygiene at Office & Network area

· Ensuring:

o Installation process of Active & Passive Infra at Core/Server/POP Location & Operation of Utility.

o Up gradation of Infra & Utility & its acceptance testing at Data Centre/ITMC/Core Location.

o Maintain All Statutory Compliance, testing of Environmental elements, all License, NOC, CTO & submission of Forms.

o Preparation of various documents & Policy/Process related to Infrastructure Management such as EOP, SOP, MOP, SLA, SOW, Operational Guideline. Customize preparation of MOP for Utility & infrastructure Migration.

o Ensuring to maintain Statutory Compliance, Occupational Health and Safety, Business Needs & Asset Management.

o Hazard Identification, Risk assessment & Risk mitigation plan, action plan implements at all area & Server Hall.

o Electrical maintenance & installation of hardware, switching code node, infra-utility, etc.

· Aiding Central Team for requirement gathering to customer regarding for new infra & core implementation and expansion

· Maintaining data/MIS like activity details, monthly report, O&M Report such as EOL, Rack details, BOQ, etc.

· Looking after:

o Infra & layout design and power dimensioning for new core installation at core location

o SMPS, battery back-up and power supply utility design for smooth functioning of switching centre.

o PAC cooling calculation, electrical power dimensioning, rectifier & battery design as per upcoming load

o Space, power & cooling solution, and site requirement for installation of new Core node & infra at Core Site

· Handling operations, maintenance & troubleshooting of all Electrical Infrastructure & Utility such as
