Requirements Gathering - responsible for eliciting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders. This involves conducting interviews, workshops, and reviews to understand the needs of the organization. Gap Analysis - Analyzing existing business processes and systems to identify gaps between current state and desired future state. This helps in determining how Guidewire solutions can best meet the organization's needs.
