Bheri Babai Diversion Multipurpose Project – Construction of Head Race Tunnel By tunnel Boring Machine.

Responsibilities:-

• Price Estimation of New tenders to be bid.
• Preparing construction programs, Organization charts / staffing schedule, Cash Flows for new projects at the bidding stage.
• Attaining all the Material, Manpower, Machinery rates of project specific location.
• Studying BOQ, Rate Analysis and estimation of Tunnelling, Civil Constructions pertaining to Vertical.
• Communicating all the scenarios to HoD / Sr. VP for suggestions.
• Meetings / explanations / ratifications in meetings with JV partners.
• Enquiring Quotations, Negotiations and price fixation for TBMs & other major Equipment.
• Enquiry for sub-contractors, getting the quotations and Preparing Sub-Contractors agreements.
• Preparing agreements for TBMs, Segment Carrousel Plant etc.
• Preparing Project Information Sheet (PIS Reports) / CRC Presentations.
• Monitor and Review the field reports and updates from site construction managers.
• Interact with and report to Vertical Head about the work and target scenarios and Coordination with the internal departments.
