Taking care of all medical patients

Administration of IV meditation

Administration IV fluid Therapy

Maintain the airway, monitoring vital signs

Personal hygiene, nourishment and elimination

Doing CPR in case of Emergency

To manage shift in charge and provide best possible standards of care

Communicating effectively with other members to maintain and good teamwork

Maintain current knowledge of clinical Nursing practice and hospital policies

Participate in educational activities

Maintaining records and reports

Proper documentation

Carrying out safe medicine administration and other Nursing procedures

Assessment planning implementation and evaluation care of patients

Proper time management

Maintaining admission, transfer and discharge procedures

Safe use of equipment and maintain health and safety

Maintaining controlled drugs

Talking vital signs, maintaining intake output chart

Education of patients and relatives regarding their illness

Teaching Nursing students and junior Nurses
