Enthusiatic , innovative , self directed educator whose passion is committed towards learners overall development and hence making learning experience a life- long one with a rich experience of 25years .Integration with various subjects and hence making a transdisciplinary approach so that the learners attain knowledge in a holistic manner .Also keeping in mind the differentiated strategies that are used in a classroom set up and being aware about the various pedalogical ways of teaching .I am an active team member who can collaborate effectively to achieve the long term goals of the Institute.
