• Evaluating early warning indicators and monitoring triggers to ensure risk of default is minimized.

• Involved in credit assessment and risk analysis preceding the grant of home loan.
• Credit Analysis involves verifying and assessing current financial position,employment history,credit history and credit needs and Ability to pay.
• Preparing detailed report of the credit file and approve, reject or defer credit applications depending on the discretion.
• Ensure cases are processed in compliance with current policies, guidelines and legislation.
• Adherence to CAD framework.
• Pro actively re-package and communicate deal options with ‘customers’, as appropriate, for deals which would otherwise be declined .

• Credit Underwriting of Doctors loan and Unsecured Business Loans Product.
• Analyse, Evaluate and Cross Verify credit,income,financial strength,credit worthiness,personal discussions with customer on recommended loans and prepare credit analysis memo(CAM)

• Appraise/Underwriting the Home loan and LAP Product and analyzing the credit worthiness of the customer through technical evaluation and CIIBIL report
• Customer interaction vis a vis loan appraisal and business visits & Inspect the business unit and verification of documents
• Preparation of CAM(Credit Analysis Memo) and analysis of CAM for previous sanctions
• Responsible for delivering TAT(turnaround Time) of cases.
