• ATASphere is an infrastructure automation and reporting tool. This is used for infrastructure blue printing, automating migration plan and automating host migration from source environment to target environment.

Carecentrix

• Carecentrix uses a provider portal which is a web-based application, which allows the providers (hospitals or physicians) and the health plans to work on the submission, approvals, or act upon in another possible way to sort the claims of the patients.

• Worked as Auto-Functional Tester.
• Conducted test plan cycle, automation test creation, and execution, including regression, smoke test, etc.
• Contributed to all phases of the testing cycle.

Wealth Management Answer Library (Morgan Stanley)

• WMAL is a web browser-based application running on the AEM platform, allowing financial advisors from different lines of business to handle the customer queries in a form of FAQs providing quick and simplest ways of resolutions, which includes a WMAL dashboard for a quant analysis beneficial for financial advisors for keeping track.

Remote Contact Transformation – RCTP (Royal Bank of Scotland)

• RCTP is a telephony project that includes automated phone system technologies and software technologies such as IVR, Nuance, CORA providing the bank customers a simplistic experience to get the resolutions for queries, or any additional information.
