Role as a ‘Consultant BA and configurator’ & Responsibilities: -

Experience to gather requirements from client and handover to configurator and QA.

Worked as a senior configurator to handle complex projects implementations.

Detecting bugs & classifying them based on severity, priority

Configures and implements in building up the system using Requirements according to various Client specifications.

Identification of the risk and issues in the system proactively from a business need perspective.

Projects: Koch Industries, Danaher, Sears, HP Lead Domain related Modules : Resolved complex challenges,Worked on the Requirement Analysis and different testing methodologies like unit testing, integration testing, Regression testing on the project. Direct client interaction, as leading different handoffs for the project at the offshore side. Coordination with the development team for fixing bugs. Involved in each phase of Software Testing Life cycle (STLC).

Additional Responsibilities on the client : Leading New hire training programs in the project. Leading Mentor/Mentee programs on the client.
