Human Resource officer To obtain a position that will enable me to use my strong organizational skills, award-winning educational background, and ability to work well with people. Having More then 5+ years of experience.
· Responsible for entering and maintaining employee data within our HR system - Workday (i.e. personal data, job, office, compensation, working capacity, leaves of absence, education, background history etc.)
· Maintains Employee files with their documents (Offer letter, last employment documents, education documents, etc)
· Support recruiting as needed with background checking process.
· Create Background verification cases on vendor portal for further verification
· Assist with general employee requests, letters, verifications, etc. including generating visa invitation letters for any GS employees travelling.
· Generate employee onboarding emails for Global services Delhi.
· Keep track of employees’ probationary periods and flag to GS Hub HR leads to ensure geographic process are followed.
· Process employee paperwork related to new hires, transfers, address changes, additional payments, status changes, and employee exits with sensitivity to the confidential nature of the information
· Process business process on Workday
· Assemble and update all materials for employee packets and communications, including new hires, transfers, parental leaves, Short Term Disability, FMLA, and employee exits
· Coordinate with support functions for new hire laptops, accesses, payroll setups etc.
· Provide general support to GS HR team and perform other duties as assigned or required.
· Create PPT nd word documents for the process documents of Global services Delhi.
