I am a passionate and dedicated Clinical Psychologist (NET-qualified) with a strong background in psychological assessment, diagnosis, crisis intervention, and evidence-based therapies such as CBT and DBT. My training at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi, gave me the opportunity to work with diverse clinical populations and refine my ability to deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care. I am recognised for my empathetic communication, trauma-informed interventions, and culturally sensitive approaches. I thrive in multidisciplinary teams, value collaborative problem-solving, and remain deeply committed to placing patient well-being and growth at the heart of every clinical decision I make.

• Presented research entitled " Apathy And Self Compassion In Obsessive Compulsive Disorder" at the 8th Annual National Symposium of Women's Mental Health held on 14th and 15th of December 2024 at Lady Hardinge Medical College, organised by the Indian Psychiatric Society
• Presented research entitled " Exploring the Associations between Early Maladaptive Schemas, Apathy and Self-Compassion with Severity of Symptoms in Patients of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder" on 6th - 7th February, 2025 in the National Conference on Psychology in a Globalized World (NCPGW 2025) at Jamia Millia Islamia
