Description: HealthRoster BankStaff is a web application designed using ASP.NET and SQL server 2019. It goes a long way in enabling hospitals to provide high quality services to patients. HealthRoster BankStaff is basically a temporary nurse providing solutions. When a hospital has short fall of nurses then HealthRoster BankStaff comes into play. A hospital can put the request for nurse(s) as per the required date/time, ward/location and specialty. The ability to find the right people who are experienced, affordable and efficient is the main goal of this system. The system revolves around a database that holds details of individuals who are registered with it. It holds their Availability, Non-availability, Qualifications and Personal Preferences. Compatibility with the Interface that works with other Allocate Health Suite applications. Email notification as well as SMS (both Outbound and Inbound) capability shift availability and reminders can be sent via mobile phone or email. HealthRoster BankStaff also generates time sheets with proper online checks of the hours worked and authorized signatories. The calculations are done keeping in mind the current working guidelines on overtime, holidays, night shifts, etc.
