To make sure the SOX controls are followed in the Saviynt application for Cytiva. SOX compliance is the act of adhering to the financial reporting, information security and auditing requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX Act), a U.S. law that aims to prevent corporate fraud.

• Spearheaded a team of 3 from TCS entrusted with the testing of SOX controls within the Saviynt application framework.
• Collaborated closely with the Saviynt technical lead on the client side, adeptly resolving any deviations from the stringent SOX control parameters.
• Delivered comprehensive test reports directly to the discerning Client Manager, ensuring transparency and clarity in all assessment outcomes.

Toolyt is a mobile and Web CRM application which enables the Sales reps to capture leads and facilitates collaboration. In GE Healthcare, Toolyt is integrated with the core CRM system of Salesforce where the Accounts and Opportunities would flow to SF.

• Actively engaged with the Product Owner and esteemed Business Stakeholders in grooming user stories for each sprint, fostering alignment and clarity in project objectives.
• Thoroughly analyzed and tested every requirement across three distinct platforms - Web, Android, and iOS - ensuring seamless functionality and user experience across diverse interfaces.
• Prepared Data mapping sheets to map the fields and field types in Salesforce objects to the Toolyt database required for integration

Project : Service Max FX - GE Healthcare

FX is a web and mobile application for Field Engineers handling Service requests for healthcare devices of GE Healthcare. Whenever a new Service request is initiated, a Case and a Work Order is created in Servicemax and assigned to a Field Engineer. There is a real-time integration between Servicemax and FX. The field engineer uses FX to capture the resolution details, time, parts and expense tracker for each service request and the data is synced back to Servicemax.

FX also has an integration with the Siebel system, which is an alternative for Servicemax. Siebel is used for USCAN and ANZ regions, while Servicemax is used for EU and LATAM regions.

• Conduct thorough analysis and mapping of business requirements, leveraging both functional and technological capabilities to drive optimal solutions.
• Lead fit/gap analysis sessions to assess current 'as-is' business processes, guiding stakeholders towards consensus on refined future-state processes that maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
