Responsible for two parallel Agile projects in SharePoint and Sitecore applications.

*Intranet Governance Tool – Share point Site maintenance Tool with Dashboard.

*Regsite – Regulatory forms management application

(Power Apps – Creation of sites)

*Legal Intake forms- Form submission module

*Global Claims Kit – Claims management system

*Catastrophe Management - CAT MR Application

Sitecore Testing

Sitecore Content Management System (CMS) – Configuration and UI Testing. Responsible for testing sites in Sitecore. System testing and production rollout occur every sprint.

Project #2 CCC Intelligent Solutions - Product Testing

Client: CCC Intelligent solutions

Role: Team Lead; Designation: Associate.

Product Testing

• Owned major products like Estimate Review, Next Gen Review, and Quick Chat, amongst three other applications.
• Involved in the assignment, estimating, and PDF validation.
• Testing and Validation of functionality, UI and security upgrades
• Performing DB patch, new API, and mobile module integration testing as a part of the product upgrades.
• Involved in the preparation of the test plan for the pilot product, “Next Gen Review.”
• Provided inputs in various stages of preparation, like strategizing, deciding testing scope, risks, and objectives.
• Also, in estimation, resourcing, and scheduling release timelines.
• High-level knowledge of other products: Claim Router Tracking, Rules Engine, and Workflow Operational Dashboard in a short span of 7 months.
• Involved in API testing using Postman services.

Project #3 MetLife – Salesforce Testing

Client: Metropolitan Life Insurance Company

Role: Team Member/Sr. Test Analyst;

Salesforce: Migration of Legacy to Salesforce Metro upgrade.

Testing and Validation Policy Admin System for the life insurance clients. Validation of XMLs, front-end UI, and functionality in the Sandbox.

• Involved in requirement analysis and aided in test plan preparation.
• Involved in identifying risks and scope of testing within the provided time/environment/resource constraints
• Identifying Test Scenarios based on Use case and test strategy documents
• Creating, executing test cases, and documenting test results to validate functions manually.
• Defect tracking and reporting in JIRA
• Within a short span, I became acquainted with the AGILE methodology.
• Attended sprint planning sessions, grooming sessions, and sprint retrospective meetings.
• Experience in handling daily stand-ups and daily Scrum meetings.
• Became a primary asset in handling Scrum on behalf of the QA Team.

Project #4 SCT - Forms and Letters & Business Processing center (FnL, CFE & BPC)

Client: Prudential Insurance

Role: Team Member/ Test Analyst

FnL:

Testing and Validation of forms and Letters across the Service Channel Technology (SCT) from a predefined list of states. Content and UI validation.

CFE & BPC (Business Processing Centre):

Testing and Validation of Business process center that files case under the common front end that falls under the Service Channel Technology

• Identifying Test Scenarios based on Use case and test strategy documents
• Involved in Requirement analysis & aiding in Test plan preparation
• Creating, executing test cases, documenting test results to validate functions manually
• Defect tracking and reporting in HP ALM
• Retesting and Regression Testing of the rolled defects and updating the status
• Took care of Bimonthly releases and BAUs (Business as Usual/Change Requests)
• Supporting Production Releases
• In later stages became a primary asset and POC for the team and headed a two-member team
• Delegating work to my teammates and taking care of metrics accountability
• Hosted Client Visits and spearheaded activities like Domain related floor activities as event manager
• Updating project status in the meeting with clients, business analysts and other project stake holders

Project#5: PLUS Team Professional Underwriting System

Client: Hanover Insurance

Role: Team Member/ Test Analyst

PLUS:

Testing and validating the Professional Liability Underwriting system, which involves quotes and final policy, subject to underwriting and a predefined set of rules and insurance coverages. Right from the quote to the policy issuing system, the team was involved in defect management and quality assurance in the traditional waterfall method of testing.

• Identifying Test Scenarios based on Use case and test strategy documents
• Creating, executing test cases, and documenting test results to validate functions manually.
• Defect tracking and reporting in HP Quality Center.
• Retesting and regression testing of the rolled defects and updating the status.
• Supporting Production Releases
• Acquainted with Waterfall/Traditional methodology of testing.
