My contribution to the project includes the following:

• Involved in the preparation of: Illustrated Parts Catalogue (IPC), Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM) with the help of Product Viewer for A380 & Long Range according to Airbus Standards.
• Illustrated Parts Catalogue (IPC), Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM) for Single Aisle according to Airbus Standards. Service Bulletin (SB) for Single Aisle & Long Range. NEO and EFW Jobs for IPC Single Aisle for customers in France and Germany.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Downloading all necessary inputs from the Customer site/Server.
• Detailed Analysis of inputs and intimating the customer in case of any discrepancies for clarification on the same.
• Designing the Illustrations as per Airbus Technical Data Specifications and applying the approved methods, processes, and tools of Customization.
• Extracting the isometric and 2D views of 3D models using the Product View software.
• Frequent interactions with customers for requirement clarifications.
• Maintaining timely delivery of illustrations as per customer requirements.
• Uploading the deliverables to the SAP PCS tool customized for our organization.
• Preparation of necessary documents based on client's feedback to improve the quality of deliverables.
• Develop methods and procedures to ensure Technical Publications Documents are in conformance with ATA 100 & ATA iSpec2200, S1000D standards.

My contribution to the project includes the following:

• Familiarization with SARAS Aircraft and its various systems including Hydraulic system, Flight control system, Electrical system, Environmental control system, Power plant, and structure.
• Assisted in Drafting drawing of the Modular Avionics Unit (MAU), Operation forces check of Aileron, Flap, Elevator, and Rudder Rigging.
• Assisted in the Integration of PSA Rudder Pedal Assembly on Bench.
• Assisted in making riveting Layout on Stub-Wing Sub-Assemblies.
• Assisted in Riveting Layout as well as Drilling and Riveting of Bottom Support Assembly of the Auto Pilot System.
