- Preparing Revenue forecast for the entire year and revise the forecast every week based on new opportunity and potential drop details shared by delivery
- On boarding and off boarding activities are taken care at account level.
- Responsible for resource assignation into project and seat management
- Initiating the account specific background verification (BGV) for those allocated in project
- Helping delivery in drafting contracts and getting legal sign off
- Initiate new project based on the needs and requirements
- Validate and approve the Work Orders & SOWs in Fieldglass
- Represent the account in Risk& compliance audit and present evidences showing that all the prescribed procedures are being followed
- Track KPI/KGI Metrics and publish the dashboards to Senior management and share it with client
- Following up with workers for timesheet submission and client for timesheet approval in Fieldglass
- Generate invoices and submit it to customer in Fieldglass
- Chasing customer for payments wherever there is a delay in payment
- Maintain contract documents ,Purchase Orders(PO) ,Billing files, invoices ,leave tracker in central repository and ensure access rights are with authorized personnel
- Maintaining PO tracker to have a track on the POs received in Ariba and alert will be sent to PMs much before the budget gets exhausted to avoid un-accrued revenue
- Weekly calls scheduled with customer to discuss on the challenges/asks and presents the HCL Metrics dashboard
- Facilitate meeting with Delivery Unit Head and delivery leads to discuss about the utilization, unbilled reasons, Revenue forecast, plans to improve the utilization and other ADHOC issues
- Prepare and present Senior Management Review(SMR) dashboard with Delivery Unit head every month which covers operational and financial aspects of the account
- Analyze project profitability report and identify areas of improvement
- Any operational/delivery related risks are captured every week and highlight to DU Head
- Any disputes with customer in terms of billing will be captured and highlighted to relevant stake holders like DU Head, Delivery leads, Finance and Sales for their attention to solve the disputes
- Coordinating client visits and town hall meeting
- Co-Ordinate daily operations and support to project team
- Oversees all transactions and ensures high degree of accuracy
- Mentoring junior members joining our team and leading the team for the past 7 years
