Holding Ph.D in Social Work along with 15 years of relevant experience in Academics and Research in different colleges under University of Madras. I am currently designated as Associate professor at Patrician College of Arts and Science, Adyar, Chennai.
During my fifteen years of service , I was heading the Department of Social Work for 10 years in two reputed colleges affiliated to University of Madras. In this tenure, I proved to be an outstanding, persevering professional and demonstrate remarkable leadership traits. I headed the Third criteria convenor of NAAC which empowered the team leadership and decision making skills. I was selected as Member of Board of Studies for Madras University in Social Work ( Senet Member) and can be highlighted as one of my greatest achievement during my professional career.
I also hold M.Phil ,Masters in Social Work and M.A.Public Administration degree as the most integral part on my academic life along with teaching experience of 15 years long career.
