  • Managed FI RIC Navigation team (FORTI-FI Issue 7) from June 2009 till July 2012. Team was responsible in ensuring seamless search and navigation of Fixed Income instruments in our products.
  • Managed Fixed Income Monitoring team (FORTI-FI Issue11) from July 2012 till Dec 2017. This team's primary responsibility was to capture inconsistencies like data delays / incorrect data and fix the issue before client notices them.

Projects

Following are some of the key projects managed during my tenure:

  • Successfully led "office 365 migration" project for Commodities and Energy group to completion.
  • Led the launch of new tool called “ Notifi ” for Commodities Content operations team successfully. Was key staff in identifying improvements, perform UAT testing etc.
  • Instrumental in development of a “ workflow tool ” for the department, right from inception, tool designing to near-go live phase. Was key contributor in providing requirements, multiple improvement Ideas, identified key defects, performed UAT Testing. Worked closely with the Development team (HCL).
  • Key force in driving team to complete "Standard Name Cleanse" for "All Quotes project" by liaising with CRM's. The project had gained quite a lot of importance post the launch of Eikon.
  • Was instrumental in setting up of a completely new team right from hiring, procuring assets for Fixed Income under FORTI-FI program . This included working with multiple senior specialists, development team, project Managers, real-time teams to come up with a new process for Fixed Income data flows.
  • Standardization of " Fixed Income RIC rename procedure "
  • Successfully Project managed a cleanse activity for a huge client escalation from UBS - who were on the verge of withdrawing their contract from Thomson Reuters.
  • Guided the team to review over 5 Lac pending RICs - which once seemed to be an impossible task. This was achieved by constant follow-ups with different teams (including development teams).
