International Network Deployment Front Door (INDFD):

INDFD is a telecom project that is all about providing services for raising requests for routers, Wi-Fi requests, tower services, etc. Until now, this process has been manual and lacked transparency. Now, we are streamlining the work by converting from a manual to a fully automated application to achieve satisfactory visibility and transparency.

• This application mainly contains PRPC concepts like flow, cases, flow actions, sections, UI enhancements, data transforms, etc.
• Involved in development, unit testing, end-to-end testing, and fixes from the start of the project.

Always-On Marketing(AOM-UK):

Pega Developer and QA for Always-On Marketing (AOM-UK). In my role, I contributed to enhancing Vodafone's Always-On Marketing (AOM) platform, focused on boosting customer engagement through timely, personalized communications, and targeted offers. My key responsibilities included:

• Development and Testing: Designed and developed core functionalities within Pega to ensure that customers received relevant offers based on their usage, history, and individual preferences. I also conducted comprehensive unit testing to ensure the quality of these features.
• Bug Fixing & QA: Actively identified and resolved defects, ensuring the AOM platform's stability and seamless performance.
• Collaboration with Business Teams: Partnered with business stakeholders to understand their challenges, and provided tailored technical solutions, ensuring that the AOM strategy aligned with the overall business goals.
• Release Management: Assisted in the release process, ensuring smooth deployment of new functionalities, while maintaining operational efficiency.

Through my efforts, I helped drive improved customer engagement and satisfaction, ensuring that Vodafone delivered personalized, and timely experiences to its users.

Important functionalities:

BIZIFY:

This is a preposition data migration tool for the movement of preposition data from the Deployment Manager to a specific target application, and to avoid the manual work of importing from one environment to another, to keep the data constant and help the simulations produce more accurate results.

• This is the key functionality for the Deployment team and received laurels from the business.
• Actively involved in gathering the requirements from the business and finalizing the solution.
• Involved in development, unit testing, end-to-end testing, and performance testing for the finished development.

Viper:

Viper is an important addition to the existing AOM management portal, which is about building functionality capable of sending emergency notifications to customers, with key features such as seed tests, logs, an easy-to-use UI, audit information, approval/rejection on or off the Vodafone network, and timely updates on case processing.

• Involved in development, unit testing, and end-to-end testing from the start of the project.
