Project Description - Veritas (IHR):

IHR (Individual Health Record) is the one stop destination for all the clinical data of the member which provides the medical record for a patient.

It integrates with different source systems directly to maintain the clinical status of a person updated in near real time.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Designed, developed and implemented software application in Spark and Scala for pipelines based on analyzed requirements and understanding of industry technical standards.
• Revised, modularized and updated old code bases to modern development standards by migrating from Mapr file system to Kafka, reducing operating costs and improving functionality.
• Followed agile methodologies and development best practices to division to enhance product development.
• Developed Covid automated pipelines using AirFlow.
• Worked on transforming the data to the FHIR standards using XSLTs

Project Description - Platform Engineering and Data Enrichment:

Platform Engineering is to enrich the clinical data and create the end to end automated and scheduled pipelines. It is used by SME's and data scientists for predictive analysis It provides pre-measure suggestions to the end user based on his health data.

Roles and Responsibility:

• Transformed the clinical data using Scala and Spark from various sources and store them in the big Query.
• Created end to end pipe lines for the data flow of the different sources in Python
• Scheduled and automated DAG's in AirFlow.
• Created the Jupyter Notebooks as per the requirements for the data analysis

Project Description - CHIL:

CHIL(Centri Health Integration Layer) is the data gateway layer for the medical and pharmacy data of a member . It is to enrich the eligibility data portal with the clinical data of a person. It helps the practitioners to analyze the patient's data.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Developed the pipeline scripts for data loading and enrichment using Scala and spark
• Debugging the data and workflow to fine tune the pipeline
• Worked on Unix shell scripting for data loads.
