  • Within a month of managing the brand, I secured a ₹3L co-op for Breakfast Fest '24. The campaign drove 47% YoY GMS and 45% units growth, with standout performance in Honey (152% GMS, 205% units) and Oats (39% GMS, 41% units), showcasing strong execution and stakeholder management.
