• Responsible for overall quality system in HR Department
• Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all departments.
• Draft and update of documents such as job description, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP,
policies and other HR related documents.
• Sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies, job online advertisement, Job fair and Campus recruitment.
• Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and face to face interviews with coordination with
the concerned departments and background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
• Issuing letter of/Offer/Intern/ Employment to the selected candidates.
• Review, update and maintain proper filing.
• Maintain employee attendance, medical leaves and medical record. Keeping record of employee
attendance/absenteeism and report to the operational Manager.
• Conduct induction for the new employee
• Setting up/ update / Forward mail for new employee and resigned employee.
• Conduct exist interview to identify reason for employee's termination.
• Process and execute payroll through an electronic system.
• Process taxes with the help of finance department.
• Addressing issues relating to payroll
• Handling PF advance/ Claim payment.
• Planning and organizing company events/ activities on occasions by management's approval
