AccuSeq-2.x
The AccuSEQ 2.x project involved the modernization of our existing legacy software system. This entailed integrating a new, highly optimized algorithm to enhance performance significantly. We also expanded assay support, incorporating new and updated rules to improve accuracy and bolster error detection capabilities.

Data Lake :

We are developing our own data lake ecosystem with different machine learning pipelines to analyze and study pattern for eds/edt/sds files. I am part of this project working as full stack developer. here I have got chance to expand my horizon as a cloud developer and also boost my experience with requirement gathering and design, collaborated with clients to define solution requirements, accounting for applicable development variables. To mention a few :

• Dataset feature design and development .
• Datasource feature development.
• Annotations development.
• Users and group feature development.
• Developing Metadata for Datasets
• Automated infrastructure creation using Terraform.
• Terraform helped us to reduce manual effort to 60% .

Project -1 :

• Quantitative Polymeric Chain Reaction:

Worked as an application owner of RQ, GT, SC, PA, HRM and Alleletyper QPCR applications. I have been part of designing technology solutions, new feature, enhancements, bug fixes.

Gathered and defined customer requirements to develop clear specifications for project plans.

To mention a few :

• Performance enhancement in Standard Curve application by caching state setting groups, which reduced total number of calls, were making to dynamodb every time there was read/write operation.
• Multiple algorithm version support in RQ application : with introduction of new algorithm version, requirement was to support all 3 versions in RQ application.
• AWS cost optimization for dev, test and production environment.
• PCA n Anova implementation and release to prod.
• Direct upload of analysis result of eds files from application to data manager .
• Orchestrated CI/CD pipelines for applications release and deployment.
• Integrating sanity automation with jenkins for RQ, GT applications.
• Setting up docker for panda applications which helped new joiners to set up local environment smoothly.
• Implemented localstack to reduce cost of testing of cloud applications . Services are s3, dynamodb, cache, ec2, sqs, sns services in order to curb cost on testing.
• Led software development initiative as subject matter expert and primary point-of-contact for project management staff

Project -2 :

• Relative Quantification-High Throughput:

In order to handle high throughput analysis for applications RQ High Throughput came into picture. RQHT is highly scalable and cost optimized solution to handle analysis for larger datasets. In RQHT we have divided analysis pipeline into microservices and all 5 analysis are completely separated from each other and deployed in AWS under separate batch jobs. Here I was involved both in backend and UI development tasks.

• Application gives detailed overview of all investments which are closed and reprocess the open trades on next business day.
• LCA allows the trades to keep track of new Trades and already processed and unprocessed Traces.
