Project 1: ICON
Responsibilities:
● Process telephony moves, adds and change requests for all ICON global Offices.
● Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
● Programming extension for Nortel desk phones and Avaya softphones. Troubleshooting Nortel desk phone types like 1120, 2004, 2002, 2033 and Avaya 2050 softphone and creating Voice mail accounts.
● Troubleshooting issues on external calls, call forwarding, change of TN, invalid nodes, name changes, resetting voice mail password.
● Handling mobility for US and EU locations with various carriers like AT&T, Verizon, Rogers and Vodafone
Project 2: Service Desk
Responsibilities:
● Worked on Avaya PBX, gateways, CMG, clan, IPSI, analog and digital card types of servers etc.
● Monitoring and troubleshooting on all CM Alarms, Server Alarms and Messaging Alarms.
● Troubleshooting on alarms related to media-gateways and trunk related issues and monitoring the status of the same.
● Monitoring and troubleshooting alarms related to Session Manager.
● Timely follow-up with the customers and resolving the issues based on the requirement of the customers
● Monitoring the technical progress on the cases and escalating them to the next level if needed to research more on the issue and learn all the work done by the team to gain more knowledge technically.
