1. Prepare the Modern Trade sales strategy & growth plans in line with business strategy .
2.Drive profitability and deliver on the Revenue and Share parameters. 3.Align and execute trade marketing and trade promotions. 4.interventions with the modern trade sales strategy and overall business strategy across my territory.
5. Lead resource for planning portfolio growth initiatives with accounts, assortment planning, launch planning and execution, development and execution of Joint Business Plans.
6. Category management and Promotion planning & Driving operational efficiency for modern trade channel.
7.Distributors handling , claim process settlement process , Lead resource for planning and negotiating for in-store activations etc.

8. competitor's activities and market intelligent to company & Manage Accounts receivables, Responsible for debt collection and resolve all long outstanding debts.
9. Manage and review outstation outlets through frequent market visit and liaising with local Sales Management.
10. Work closely with my assigned team and reporting manager in achieving company's objective and vision.
1.Handling sales through distributors to MT retail accounts like RIL all formats,Pharma chain,MRL, Spencers, Metro CnC and Regional chains etc.
2.Negotiation and generation of PO's from local buying managers thru team or self. Servicing of PO's in coordination with supply chain for Stocks to keep the healthy fill rate.
3.Ensuring >90% fill rates to MT accounts by managing stocks at distributors and right forecasting.
4. Managing listing in Regional key accounts, running of monthly promotions in all accounts as per directions from Seniors
5. Reconciliation of local sales promotions budgets/ Invoices with coordination from Accounts and Finance team.
6.Handling Trade Activation for MT Accounts for Merchandising Activities like new launches, Visibility and Promotions conducted at the account level.
7.Handling Third party team comprising of Promoters and supervisors at the outlet level for merchandising and off takes of products.
1. Execute & Promote the MT business and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.
2. Build the MT activities in scope towards the organization objective.
3. Ensure proper placement, visibility & facing, shelf space, stock availability, stock condition (FIFO) and Hygiene of products at all MT stores/channels.
4. Review & identify the business gaps and develop the sales promotional activities.
5. Ensure to review and reconciliation of sales realizations & out standings.
6. Develop market intelligence, new chain of outlets & expansion of distribution network
8. Keeping attached with regional chain and attract them by giving them extra promotion other than national chain to enhanced sales volume in regional way.
9. Optimum utilization of resources.
10. PO tracking on daily basis.
11. Identify the unlisted products and follow-up for listing.
14. Any other work which was assigned from time to time.
1.Appointing CFA, Sales Representatives and Distributor after scouting local markets and taking feedback
2.Implementing monthly sales plan along with sales schemes
Forwarding inputs for next months sales plan and sales forecast to ASMs
3.Collecting competitor pricing and send it to Commercial department
Collecting & preparing sales data regarding primary & secondary sales
4.Analyzing secondary sales on a weekly basis & Studying distributor wise performance data and submit to my reporting manager(KAM)
5.Taking stock data from distributors and arriving at the secondary sales
6.Visiting the distributor/trade market
7.Monitoring pricing (Price to Trade/Retailer) and PTD (Price to distributor)
8.Approach new retailers to buy & regular interaction with the retailers
Convince the outlet to by all SKUs & check visibility of the products in all stores
9.SR appointment, train & guide SR in market & ensuring the team receives incentive
10.Collect daily report of SR, Review of achievement & tracking the performance
11.Coordinate ATL & BTL activities
12.Collect & convey competitors scheme, new launch & price information and recommend changes in own scheme
13.Decide where to push the SRs to increase coverage
