- Joined as the 1st employee (Engineering Leader) in managed NAND to lead, HYD; grew the team from 1 to 200 (150 full-time and 50 contractors) in 3 years’ time and expanded to BLR. (Hyd 150+, BLR 60+)
- Built a 13,000 sq. ft. fab in HYD and manage both sites—BLR and HYD—for the Automotive, Embedded, and Mobile NAND business to bring up ASIC, SW, FW, validation, and verification.

- Managed budgets, opex/capex, effectively. Proactively identified potential risks and implemented mitigation strategies to minimize negative impacts on projects or business operations.
