I Have 14 Years’ by hand experience in Maintenance, in Oil and gas, Petrochemical, off-shore platforms and shutdown activities as Mechanical Technician. More than 10 years’ by hand Experience in maintenance, trouble shooting and overhauling of all type of rotating equipment. (Compressors, blowers, pumps, fin fans, gas turbines etc.)

Ass well as static equipment such as Heat exchangers, column, vessels, steam traps of valves etc. Actively involved in revamping of all process trains in Qatar gas and all major shutdowns. Alignments of Pumps, Compressors and Turbines suiting Hot and Cold Condition by Laser Alignment method and Reverse Indicator Method.

Involved in major overhauls shutdowns preventive breakdown and predictive maintenance of all types rotating equipment’s like turbine pumps compressors, fin fans, blowers and gear boxes and static equipment like boilers heat exchangers (cryogenic systems hydro test cell and tubes), vessels reactors and conveyors and LNG Trains process shutdown Focused Mechanical Technician with 14 years of experience in . • Replace Of 1st Stage Nozzle & 2nd Stage Nozzle & 3rd Stage Nozzle Vanes (variable) Checked By D.P. Test.
• Replace Labyrinth Seal, Checked Bearing Clearance And Its Condition. Fuel Gas Nozzle Took Clearance Between Stator & Rotor Of 17 Stage Axial Flow Compressor.
• Checked Fuel Liquid Gas, Lube Oil, Hydraulic Oil And Intake & Exhaust System.
• Inspection Of Hot Gas Path By Baroscopic, Change Liner, Transition Piece And Do DP Test.
• Change Lube Oil Filter, Air Intake Filter and Alignment Of Motor To Gearbox, Gearbox TO Turbine, Turbine To Gearbox And Gearbox To Generator Or Compressor.
