As an IIM Kozhikode Executive Alumni and Senior Leader in the industry, I am a business builder focused on transforming how global banks and telecoms run their GCCs, offshore operations and supplier ecosystems. Over two decades, I have operated on both sides of the table – as a Client and Strategic partner – shaping large-scale transformation, risk and operations agendas for some of the most respected ITES brands in India.
Today, I provide leadership for offshore and finance operations for Global Banking and Telecom clients in APAC, Driving Ai and Transformation, Accountable for outcomes, client relationships and strategic value delivery. My mandate includes sponsoring a multi-year digital finance agenda leveraging platforms. I chair executive governance with CFOs, CTOs, CXOs and internal leadership, driving reviews, business-metric-aligned scorecards and a unified “One Team” culture across locations and towers.
I steer a portfolio of 80+ transformation and automation projects, This is complemented by enterprise-wide adoption and optimization of tools. Earlier, having led the India Offshore Strategy for Capital One UK for over a decade, I managed Led end-to-end operations, vendor and service management for over 1200 FTE across India and the Philippines, governing annual spends of 50M+ in a centralized operations model. This has included end-to-end ownership of vendor selection, RFPs, contract implementation, and the design of robust frameworks for performance, risk and relationship management. Data is my operating language. I have built and led teams that convert raw operational data into board-ready insights, combining dashboards, storytelling and executive-ready presentations to drive decisions on risk, growth, efficiency and customer experience. I also drive measurable financial impact, including ~AUD 180M positive cash-flow benefit from early tax refunds, record capex settlement of 4.6Bn highest in a decade and Millions in value from RPA/AI-led use cases.
Recognised as a people-centric and transformation-focused leader, have mentored cross-functional teams to win CEO Circle of Excellence, UK “All In” awards and Infosys global awards for transformation, while personally receiving Leadership in Transformation recognition for driving enterprise-scale change.
