Responsible for developing and maintaining technical solutions using PL/SQL and
Oracle Apex.
● Select and train new resources at onshore and offshore for monitoring and production
support.
● Resolving incidents on SOM as part of production support work and interact with users
on day-to-day issues and providing on time resolutions.
● Worked on Autosys for job scheduling, monitoring, and to update/delete the job or to
keep the jobs on hold/on ice during patching or application downtime.
● Responsible for bringing servers up/down accordingly after patching activities.
● Coordination with onshore and offshore.
● Handling a team of 6 people and monitoring their work on daily basis by conducting
status calls and team meetings.
● Mentor junior resources and train them in required competency.
● Regularly monitor SOM for open incidents and provide updates on them on behalf of
offshore team to management during weekly code review meeting.
● Worked on minimizing the number of user tickets by doing enhancements and code
changes along with Development team.
