  • Setup, testing, and integration gNB, eNB, split bearer, MCG, SCG, and PDCP SN Length.
  • Worked on interoperability between LTE and 5G NR (NSA 3X, SA2).
  • Field network radio parameters (threshold, offset, hysteresis) optimized for field KPIs (RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, RSSI) for smooth continuity of tested clusters.

  • Run OAM on Mavenir RAN, maintain lab equipment and software, upgrade NE, upgrade BTS software version, and build / extend workstations and 5G gNB / LTE eNB as needed.
  • Familiar with Mavneir RAN and customer tools, processes, and methods: Qualcomm Package Manager (QXDM, QCAT, PCAT, QPST, QMI Test Pro), Wireshark, EMIL, BTS counters.
