8) Participating in improvement activities & providing the input/feedback to the superiors for the continual Improvement in the Plant performance
9) Participate in HAZOP, turnaround activities, test runs & plant trials. Participate in plant performance audits as per set guidelines
10) Understand, evaluate & review the basic engineering design documents like PFD, P&ID, ISOs, Datasheets, GA Drawings, Control Narrative, Cause & Effect diagram, Line designation table (LDT)
11) Preparation & Validation of Management of Change to ensure specified standards & codes are followed
12) Mass balance, Energy balance, cost Saving & Payback calculation

Operations- Ethylene Cracker Unit and participated in major turn around of Cracker Unit. Actively participated in the decommissioning of Quench tower and Gasoline fractionator tower. Team member of Expansion project( HPG-2) participated in PFD review, P&ID review and HAZOP. Certified Energy Auditor participated in Energy Audits of PAT cycle of Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE).

Operations-Ethylene Cracker unit participated in the startups shutdowns and emergency action plans of Cracker unit. Participated in pre commissioning activities like Tower inspections, catalyst loading, Turbine lube oil flushing, Solo run, Coupled run, Seal line flushing of tertiary refrigeration compressor. Cold section dry out etc. Successfully faced the failure of cold box failure. actively participated in stabilization process of cold section of cracker unit.

1) Operations Urea Plant. Actively participated in startup, shutdown and emergency actions planing of Urea Plant.

2) Actively participated in the Annual Turn around of the plant

3) Handled operations of Steam driven C02 compressor, Urea reactor and downstream operations at DCS and Field.

Operations Naphtha Cracker Unit. Actively participated in startup, shutdown and emergency actions planing of Compressor Section of Naphtha Cracker Unit.
