  • I joined Infosys as a technology lead, where I have got the opportunity to work for the Goldman Sachs client.
  • We are currently working in the investment banking domain, serving a large customer base across the globe. In our project, we focus on storing transactions,prices,products,exchange rates, and balances/positions from multiple upstream systems
  • The main objective of our project is to deliver internal feeds to downstream systems within Goldmansachs and external feeds to vendors/clients, tailored to the specific requirements of each vendor.
  • We monitor thousands of Autosys jobs that run daily, weekly, monthly, addressing failures, long-running issues, data quality problems, and functional issues raised by cutsomers.
  • We implement L3 fixes for issues that occur frequently, following the change management process.
  • I actively schedule the calls with all stakeholders to prevent impact and delays when production issue arise

  • We were responsible for supporting the data warehouse of the Three UK network service provider. Our primary task in the project was to take care of the execution of nearly 4000 jobs daily, which were automated using CRON schedules to ensure their smooth execution
  • As part of batch support, we handled long-running, failed and hung processes. we also automated file purging for growing file systems,managed incidents assigned to our queue, resolved recurring issues permanently through problem incident management.
