Break fix EI Managed service act as a primary point of contact for any issue reported in PROD and identified to track as Break fix for supported applications and ensure application is stable by proactively monitoring, identifying, fixing any issues that fits scope of work.

⦁ Leading the Break fix Team and coordinating with PROD Run Team on Estimation of 2021 across technologies like ML, IBM and DS .

Change Healthcare (Emdeon) is a provider of revenue and payment cycle management that connects payers, providers, and patients within the U.S. healthcare system. The company operates the largest financial and administrative information exchange in the United States

Project Description:

ARK Application(Legacy application) act as Real time switch bridges the Medical Network of US between thousands of Providers/Vendors/Org and Internal Products to hundreds of Payer Org for one-stop solution of Real time transaction (Eligibility, Claim status, Referral, Referral inquiry etc). ARK Application features request validation per customer's specifications, rules can be implemented to pre-screen submitted request for invalid data before processing to Payer systems. ARK involves testing of 270, 276, 278 Response for all Payers/Enhancements. Validation of responses for all New Payers (Members/Subscribers/Dependents) of corresponding Payers in RT tool

Roles and Responsibilities:

⦁ Worked with BAs to define user stories, performed ambiguity review of requirements
⦁ Used JIRA to develop project plans, defined business scenarios, wrote test cases, used Confluence to maintain project documentation

⦁ Responsible for providing regression test scenarios to make sure there is no negative impact for existing system
⦁ Facilitated daily Scrum meetings and process including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and product demonstrations with upper management and stakeholders ensuring successful quality processes
