Six sigma project as Elimination of customer complaint of Neptune engine no start due to fuel injection pump gear loosening

• Design of land improvement in gear and flange nut introduction instead of washer and nut which caused lack of clamp load.
• Result- 75000 ppm reduction in customer complaints
