Main activities, responsibilities, and brief description of the company/work environment:

• Perform the drilling department's daily checklists, i.e., QHSE checks, mast/Derrick inspection, choke, and kill manifold setup, etc.
• Maintain accurate records of tubular and tool dimensions (i.e., internal and external diameter, fish neck, and serial numbers).
• Calculate ton-miles on the drilling line; maintain an accurate logbook, and advise the Driller on the need to slip and cut.
• Maintain proper communication with the driller, tool pusher, and other department heads.
• Actively participate in the pre-tour meeting with the drilling crew for all drilling operations.
• Assist and relieve the driller at the driller's console during drilling operations.
• Assist with the preparation of equipment for impending drilling operations.
• Organize and supervise the drilling crews for all operations.
• Assist the driller during an emergency or well control situation, and assist in the well-killing operations.

Main activities, responsibilities, and brief description of the company/work environment:

• Maintains mud properties as determined by the drilling program.
• Monitors mud pit level and advises the driller of any loss or gain.
• Assists in drill pipe handling from the monkey board (other) while tripping into or out of the hole.
• Assists on the rig floor as required.
• Receives and ships dry bulk mud materials from the supply boat to the proper bulk storage pods.
• Assists the cementing subcontractor representative with cementing operations as directed.
• Performs routine rig maintenance as required, with specific attention to pump room equipment, mud pits, cement room equipment, pipe stabber, pipe racker, swivel, hook block assembly, and Top Drive assembly.
• Operates liquid transfer pumps, valves, strainers, deck machinery, and piping.
• Maintains knowledge of safety and emergency procedures, including emergency evacuation procedures.
• Participates in casualty drills, fire drills, collision drills, and evacuation drills.
• Monitors and maintains well pressurization.
• Reports directly to the driller and mud engineer.
• Change mud pump liners and seals in the pump room.

• Ensured drilling activities complied with all requirements, work instructions, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of tubulars run in the hole, including pipe tally, full BHA/completion components, and critical fishing dimensions, e.g. ID/OD and connections.
• Evaluate all work to be carried out to the requirements of the Permit-to-Work system, initiate Permits-to-Work as necessary, and ensure that all safety precautions are taken, and work is only carried out as stated in the Permit-to-Work.
• Responsible for the supervision of personnel engaged in activities in their area of responsibility, or for which they have been allocated responsibility by their supervisor.
• Attend onshore or offshore meetings, and additional training, as required.

• Change mud pump liners and seals in the pump room.
• Maintaining all equipment on the rig floor, greasing the main block, and manifold systems.
• Assist in the dismantling of all erections during the rig move.
• Maintenance of all areas pertaining to the condition of decks and bulkheads.
• Assist the derrick man in the mud pit room with making mud using chemicals.

• General cleaning, scraping, and painting equipment and work areas.
• Offloading supplies from trucks and moving them to storage areas.
• Moving supplies and equipment to the work site.
• Using lifting gear and winches to load and stack equipment.
• Helping to repair pumping equipment.
• Mixing the drilling mud to lubricate the drill bit.
• Assistance to the drill floor crew.
• Equipment is loaded and unloaded from the truck.
