As a Program Associate, you will play

a critical role in managing the engagement of the Care Companion Program with our partners.

Being a very good problem-solver is critical for this role. You have to be a team player and

excellent communicator as well. Since you will be working across multiple geographies, you will

have to be an independent and creative thinker with no problem taking the reins through to

completion.

You will have to be someone who loves checklists, as a majority of this role involves doing a set

of activities repeatedly at high quality and over a period of time.

Empathy and a deep desire to understand is important for this role, because you will be

supporting nurses who will already be working hard to support families and hence it is important

that you really understand them and where their challenges come from in order to support

them.

You should be able to manage relations with government staff in a sensitive manner at the same

time ensuring their training outcomes are met.

Monitoring of the CCP in partner hospitals. Support training of the trainer activities at identified hospital partners. Program Iterations/Product Testing.

• Served as project technical officer (medical social worker) for project A National Model to Establish a Cohort to Measure Burden and Map Quality of Care for Type-2 Diabetes Mellitus in India, coordinating feasibility study at NCDIR-Bangalore with medical colleges.
• Developed research questionnaire design and managed data to support ongoing research initiatives.

Developed questionnaire for data collection in South Indian states, aligning with project objectives.

• The IDA-Assisted ICDS System Strengthening and Nutrition Improvement Project (ISSNIP) is being implemented in Andhra Pradesh State with support from the IDA (International Development Agency, World Bank) for the improved nutritional outcome of children in India. To achieve nutrition improvements in Andhra Pradesh.
• My role is a strong focus on community engagement for implementation and accountability, emphasis on behavior change and community mobilization, and behavior-change communication. Piloting convergent nutrition in strengthening training capacity building and strengthening convergence with health outcomes.
• Coordinated community outreach programs for women and children in need.
• Implemented training workshops to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
• Facilitated communication between government agencies and local organizations.

• The DIC—Drop In Centre project (supported by APSACS) is a time-bound project for the care of PLHIV & women and children, with the most challenging aspects in the nation being HIV infection stigma and discrimination, thereby enriching the overall quality of life. This has been sponsored by the Government of Andhra Pradesh State AIDS Control Society and is being managed by the Anantha Network of Positives, an Ananthapuramu district-level network.
• Provided counseling support to individuals living with HIV/AIDS.
