- Large level cultivation of cotton, wheat, barley, oats, chickpeas, sorghum, maize, pulses and vegetables in Uzbekistan more than 25,000 hectares main role cultivation practice, labor management, all tractors operation, post-harvest technology and reduce the input cost. Now we are mainly focusing hi-tech cultivation practice and technical advisor for cotton, cereals cultivation at Kazan in Russia.
- Now I am working in Lead Agronomist for this Indorama farm sector, managing pest and dieses control, land preparation, irrigation management and seed production also.
- I am handling John Deere tractors for all field preparation, planting, spraying, harvesting, post harvesting, models like 6155,6199, M- series like 8270,8345,8470 and module builders, John Deere planter& harvester.
- We are spraying herbicides and pesticides with help of ariel spray, monitoring the crop growth, irrigation, field fertility condition by satellite.
- I am co-ordination contract farming system with local farmers, technical advice, in put supply, support to all machinery activities, staffs and operators.
- Now we are focusing new bio- lab with high technology, fertilizer manufacturing unit, compost, cooled storage and export unit. I am well experienced in all farm activities, marketing ideas data analysis.
