Qmulus 100 – Audio conferencing Bridge

Qmulus100 is a conferencing system which supports 1 Lakh ports (Maximum 30,000 ports in a single location). It is the next generation conference which supports multiple location conference. Qmulus 10 which supports only 2400 ports is taken as the base and designed in such a way it scales up the capacity. It is designed in such a way even if a communication between two geographical condition fails it will work as individual bridge.

IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System)

Since the requirement of the customer increased, the IVRS is designed as a product so that it will be used for more than one customer by just uploading the different wave files according to the customer requirement by the DSNL Engineering team.

The next enhancement in the product was sending a SMS or connecting to a customer care call on the digit response.

With the help of Google API, IVR was made as a dynamic announcement that is the announcement for a particular customer to inform their Name, EMI amount and the date. Language supported (English, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada).

EMA is designed for the Election Commission of Tamil Nadu to collect the vote count of each constitution from the Regional Officers on the election date on the timely interval and display the consolidated data to the Chief Electoral Officer. The same application is used by other state(Karnataka, Mizoram, Manipur, Telangana, Goa and Nagaland) CEOs with slighter modifications.
