Statestreet - I manage a team of 25 professionals supporting Investment Manager Services for five high-profile clients. Our core responsibilities include pre-matching and fails management of equity and fixed-income products across 30 markets spanning APAC, EMEA, and MENA. In addition, the team oversees the confirmations process for equities and foreign exchange trades, utilizing platforms such as CTM and TradeNexus (GTSS). Through this work, we ensure timely, accurate trade processing and strengthen operational efficiency across diverse global markets.

BNP Paribas - Managed a team of 19 professionals handling Global Custody Settlement operations by servicing products such as Fixed Income, Equities, T-Bills, FOREX, REPO/RevREPO etc. Delivered high-end settlement services across 30+ markets for clients based out of Sydney and Singapore. Key responsibilities are not only over custody settlements but also on static data setup and custody/cash reconciliation. I was part of the SteerCo committee during the CSDR go-live during 2022, so I have complete expertise over the CSDR mechanism in EU markets.

  • Reviewing the metrics of daily reports from the Confirmations teams to ensure all trades are enriched and confirmed on the trade date over CTM.
  • Reviewing the matching and settlement rates for each client in order to identify broker thematic issues and report them to the respective RM and client services team to improve the settlement rates.
  • Weekly review of the claims report that includes all open dividend clients, interest claims, overdraft charges, CSDR claims, and TMPG claims. Independently review, challenge, and support risk management activity.
