  • Preparation of forecast, interacting with various delivery heads to ensure the forecast numbers are in line with the budgeted project costs. Review and follow-up on questionable or invalid expenses
  • Financial reporting: Preparation of management dashboards showing the contract's overall performance in Year-to-Date (YTD), Cumulative-to-Date (CTD), and Month-to-Date (MTD) views, and present them to stakeholders with business insights
  • Risk Escalation: Flagging off risks associated with the client contracts to project managers, which rolls up to a managing director, for timely action of the risks
