· Performing inspection of incoming products, materials or customer items according to job order, such as measuring & recording the dimension of components/ parts using measuring instruments and analyzing the findings for discrepancy

· Conducting stage wise Inspection and maintaining records of each welding/ manufacturing process products

· Inspecting, testing and measuring materials using gauges, callipers, and micrometres, etc…

· Clearing the JRN/GRN’s and Bills within 2 days.

· Monitoring daily and weekly production schedules to ensure orders are despatched on time.

· Ensuring that inspections areas done using equipment that is verified to be calibrated.

· Validate the test certificates of Chemical composition, mechanical properties, hardness test for each item as per Standards(ASTM).

· Performing Final inspection of items including dimensional and Visual as Customer Approved Drawings along with Test Certificates and submitting all documents to the quality manager for review purpose before dispatch.

· Dispatch Clearance as per the Customer requirement With refer Final Approved Drawings

· Inspection of Welding Process as per WPS and PQR.

· Inspection of Welding Defects by performing Die Penetration Test of 25% of Welded joints.

· Conducting Radiography Test for all the Butt joints and Ultrasonic Test for all High-Pressure vessels as per ASME section Ⅴ.

· Analyze the Radiography and Ultrasonic test results and decide the acceptance level.

· As per Management Representative Instructions Performing as Internal Auditor and Auditing the Departments which allotted.

· Every quarterly conduct store audit im participated with respect ed team.

· Inspection of incoming raw material with Purchase Orders

· Checking every stage of gears manufacturing by using internal drawings

· Performing case depth checking after complete heat treatment of finished manufacturing products

· Attend ISO audits every year if required
