• Have good experience in preparation of test data Reports for testing of RF modules.

• Experience on ESS activities.

Project-1: Dual Switch Amplifier (DSA) (1-18GHz)

Client: BEL, Bangalore.

Description: DSA is a super component used in RWR systems as a receiver for several flights, aircrafts. Its input operating frequency range is 1-18GHz and output frequency range is 2-18GHz. DSA has 4 input ports in which 2 input ports are combined pairs based on theinput clock signal and routes it to the output port where it is connected to frequency measuring unit.

• Reorganizing training and development initiatives for operators on various projects to adapt to project requirements.
• Conducting New Project Implementation (NPI) training for operators.
• Collaborating with the HR team to facilitate training for new personnel on ESD, SOP, and 5S.
• Assessing operator skills and issuing job cards.
• Delivering training on failures and scrap management.
• Tracking UPH and UPPH on an hourly basis to meet targets.
• Supervising the process and handling of materials to prevent failures and minimize scrap.
• Participating in customer and ESD audits, addressing non-conformance points, and monitoring audit findings.
• Conduct training for Line Leaders and Engineers on Yield, Scrap percentage, Process Failures, and Customer audit points.
• Review hourly reports, diagnosing reports, VI rejection reports, and scrap reports for technical accuracy.
• Prepare daily reports, downtime reports, and day-wise reports. Share Operator Skills Reports with Management.
• Prepare a Skill Matrix for Operators.
• Maintain yield reports on an hourly basis and provide awareness to Line Leaders."
