Job Scope
- Assist the Director or General Manager or Project Director to coordinate design detailing with C&S QP, Architect and relevant consultants.
- Review, update and coordinate all Structural and architectural work including shop drawings for the project.
- Resolve all site Structural & architectural & MEP issues and implement the right methods to ensure quality and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with Structural and Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect of C&S Engineer / architectural / MEP works.
- Carry out Structural, architectural and MEP works scheduling, material, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
- Review project specifications, tender clarifications and construction drawings.
- Prepare any necessary construction method statement and technical proposal to ensure smooth transition of works.
- Coordinate all Structural, architectural and MEP drawings and works, submit and update status of shop drawings and materials as well as supervise work progress.
- Liaise closely with consultants and sub-contractors; conduct routine inspection of installed works.
- Liaise with BIM team on drawing production.
- Lead and manage coordinators and BIM modelers in all Architecture, MEP and Structural coordination.
- Liaising with Government Department to ensure compliance with the local Building authority requirement.
- Conduct regular meetings with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure work progress.
- Ensure project is completed with good Quality.
- Ensure project is executed and comply to Safety requirement.
