• Worked on analyzing the jobs and packages on the UC4 tool. Analyzed SSIS packages and documented the working and functional flow of the packages.
• Coordinated the installation of SAP BOXI software on the servers, along with running BOXI reports efficiently.
• Trained on the low code platform - Outsystems where I had the opportunity to learn Reactive and mobile web development in Outsystems.
• Trained in Whatfix Digital adoption Solution (DAS) certification and worked on the Whatfix demo POC for the Client.
