• Working as senior analyst in a project which utilize SailPoint IIQ for Identity lifecycle Management/Governance.

Responsibilities:

• Document and propose solution for defects, bugs and enhancements.
• Create rules and workflows to automate processes which involves manual work and high privileged access ( like application on-boarding, decommission, import, export, bulk processes (RoleAssignement/Deassignemnt, EntitlementAdd/Remove in role, WorkItem closure, Role creation) bulk correlation, reporting, task monitoring)
• Helping operation/certification teams on technical challenges.
• Ensuring data sync between multiple SailPoint instances (Primary, Reporting, Certification)
• Guide/Supervise team of 10 members.
• Infrastructure Maintenance.

• Having hands on experience on complete SailPoint UI, Console and database tables.
• Having hands on experience in rule and workflow development or enhancement.
• Having good knowledge on tools like AutoSys, Dynatrace.

• Worked as a L2 project engineer.
