Internship Training Summary

I completed my internship at Hitech Dynamic Controls Pvt. Ltd. , a company based in Chennai that manufactures high-precision stainless steel balls for the valve industry and also produces steel castings using sand casting and vertical centrifugal casting methods.

During the training, I learned about the manufacturing processes for components used in the mining, construction, and oil & gas industries , including liner parts and rotor balancing parts. The experience helped me understand casting techniques, quality control, and how components are made for major industrial applications.

This internship improved my practical knowledge of industrial manufacturing and gave me valuable hands-on exposure to real-world engineering work.
